We are making some changes to upcoming award and volume rebate periods (not benefits) which will begin to impact you right away. We are making these changes so we celebrate successes more quickly after they occur and, in the case of President’s Club, so winners have more time to plan for travel.
The sales review / calculation will be based on “school year” (July 1 – June 30th) for purposes of determining President’s Club winners, Volume Rebate Levels and other awards.
At the recent Summer Conference 2019 we honored the 2018 (calendar year) President’s Club inductees and award/volume rebate winners which were selected at the end of Dec 2018/early Jan 2019. (most of these President’s Club winners went on the trip in Feb 2019).
President’s Club
The President’s Club 2019 (that goes on the 2020 winter trip) will still be determined based on 2019 calendar year sales and increases.
The following President’s Club (which will go on the 2021 winter trip) will be determined on “school year” sales for 2019-2020 and will therefore be the 2019-2020 President’s Club.
Winners for the 2019-2020 President’s Club will be determined after the “school year” closes out on June 30th, 2020 and will be honored at the 2020 Summer Conference.
So, your sales from July 1 through Dec. 31st 2019 will count TWICE! They count for the 2019 President’s Club AND the 2019-2020 President’s Club!
Volume Rebates and Awards
The same schedule will be used for determining volume rebates and awards.
The next rebate change will be in January 2020 based on 2019 “calendar year” numbers. And then the next change will be based on the “school year” of 2019-2020 (July 1 through June 30th 2020) and rebates will change on Aug. 1st.
At the summer conference 2020 we will honor award winners based on the “school year” schedule.
Shipping levels
Shipping determinations will be changed on the “calendar year.” They will be reviewed next on Jan. 1 2020 as is the norm.
