Collecting Marketing Data for your Events

Many are returning to work and want safe and paper-free ways to collect data (which also saves on data entry…making you more profitable).

We offer several ways to collect data.

Event level registration link How-To

This link has information for setting up an event-level registration that could be used if you do not have info from the school/league in advance to create individual registration links. You could also create a bitly or tiny URL to link family members to an event-level registration to gather contact information. You could advertise your link on a school or league webpage, on social media, in a school graduation program, via a league or school newsletter or even by making signage to have at the event itself. On signage you could also create a QR code that would link users directly to the site without the need to type in an address.

Please NOTE: you can also customize the text on the new registration page and you can customize what fields you collect. That info is also located in this training document.

Individual registration to collect content link How-To

If you are able to get names and some contact data for athletes/students in advance of your event, then you CAN send individual links to athletes/students/families that are unique to each participant. When you do this, you CAN lock down certain bits of information that you do not want the participant to be able to change. And you can collect additional information. Links to these unique, personal registration sites can be emailed to participants or use a link or individual QR code on camera cards at the shoot.
