There are 2 new “CCS Recommended Sports Offers” available for import into your account. These new offers utilized tiered pricing. That means your buyer gets the best price if they order within 7 days of the event date. On day 8 prices increase approximately 10%. Your buyer will then be offered the second tier prices from day 8-14 after the event. Then finally, 15 days after the event the prices increase another 10%. This will entice your customer to get their orders in early for the best prices. Instead of charging a late fee that often has a negative connotation, prices automatically increase after the first 7 day order deadline, then again after week two. This presents your customer with an incentive to order early, rather than a punishment for ordering late. In the offers you will see each package/product listed 3 times. This is so the offer will switch to the higher price tier automatically. You don’t have to make any changes.
These are the two new offers.
CCS – (TSS Offer) SPORTS – All Styles – Multi Sport – Tiered Pricing: this offer has all styles selected so you can choose which one to use on each event. The examples show a mix of graphics and explain they will get graphics that match their sport. This offer will work for any sport and for any style.
CCS – (TSS Offer) SPORTS – Style 6 – Multi Sport – Tiered Pricing: this offer has only style 6 and only shows style 6 examples. This offer will work for any sport, but only for style 6.
To import these offers, go to the offer page in CORE and click the “Click here to import an official CCS offer” link. Locate one of the offers and click import.
Note on Virtual Group Events: The two packages that contain a group products have a duplicate package that replaces the group products with an individual product. This way all packages will show up before your virtual group is ready. This will allow you to market your images immediately without waiting on your virtual groups. The no group packages will automatically turn off on day 8. Your group packages will automatically show up once your groups are available and you resync your event.
