Insurance verification forms must be sent in each year!
Please make sure you have provided a current copy of your insurance (per your franchise agreement) showing TSS Photography as an additional insured. You can send copies to CCS attention Carol Sneed OR email it to carols@candid.com.Once you have added TSS Photography as the additional insured your insurance provider will automatically send a copy of the insurance verification to corporate when it renews each year.
